Empower Network compensation plan pays 100% commission on the products you sell to customers.  Read that again:  100% COMMISSIONS!

Think about that for amount.  Most direct sales companies pay 25% or so for retails sales and starter kits for new reps on their team.  Even worse, ongoing residual commissions from their team usually generate 6% monthly…..if they are on their pay leg or whatever.

It’s ridiculous.

It’s so difficult to gain traction with these wussy pay plans.  There’s little to no cash flow coming into the average rep’s business.  So how are you suppose to succeed with that?

Volume.  Lots and lots of volume.

Here’s how it works:

1. All commissions are PER PRODUCT SALE.  Your commissions are NOT per person.  This is a very important distinction in order to understand the Empower Network Compensation Plan.
2. You qualify for each commission structure of the by one of two ways.  You can qualify through customer sales or you can qualify through purchasing the product yourself.  It’s your choice, but I personally feel it’s more ethical to promote a product that you have personally purchased and used.  So Get ALL-IN!
3. Each pass-up structure is also based on a PER PRODUCT SALE basis.  We offer lots of products.  So our $25 blogging product has it’s own pass-up structure, our $100 Inner Circle audio training product has it’s own pass-up structure and so on and so on.  Just remember, it’s PER PRODUCT SALE…… NOT per customer.
4. You are paid on your 1st, 3rd, 5th, and then every 5th sales after that.  Starting on your 7th sale, you are on a 4-1 rotation of your product sales.  Here’s an example of the sales you are paid on for the $25 blog system product sale:  1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30 and this continues forever.  You are paid on 4 sales and then one passes up.
5. Your pass-up sales: 2, 4, 6, 11, 16, 21, ,26, 31 and every 5th sale after that go to the next person who is qualified above you in your powerline.  If they sponsored you and YOUR purchase is a qualified sale for them ON THAT PRODUCT (a sale that is NOT a pass-up for them), they will receive the 100% commission.  If your product purchase was a pass-up for them, then that commission would pass-up until it found the next person who is NOT a pass-up in that powerline structure.
6. Pass-up sales go unlimited levels deep as the system will keep passing up until it finds the next QUALIFIED person in the powerline.  This is REALLY powerful!
7. The easiest way to get qualified is to get ALL-IN.  Don’t Be A Wussy!
