Eric Thomas just kills it in this clip and this is an excellent start for our best motivational videos on YouTube list.  Known as the hip-hop preacher, Eric brings a raw energy and power to his speeches.  This conversation he is having with these students is coming from deep within him.  It’s doesn’t play around.  He tells you want it really takes to be successful.

This is an old school video, but man, Art Williams is the REAL DEAL.  While this video was recorded at a religious conference, this video has nothing to do with religion.  Art Williams founded Primerica and he knows a thing or two about creating success.  This video definitely earns it’s spot in my best motivational videos on YouTube list.  It’s powerful.

Steve Jobs gave a commencement speech at Stanford University even though he never graduate from college himself.  One of the best motivational videos on YouTube, Steve shares personal stories from his life, his trials and tribulations, and what he really believes people should do with their lives.  This speech happened during a time when he was in the beginning stages of fighting cancer, which ultimately took his life and robbed the world of a great man.  What he accomplished it well known and his legacy is something many of us aspire to.

This is a great clip from the last Rocky movie, Rocky Balboa.  Rocky takes is son to school in one of the best motivational videos on YouTube.  There’s actually a bunch of great quotes from all of the Rocky films, but this is one of my personal favorites.

Will Smith should really do a full speaking tour.  This collection of small clips gets you into the mind of someone who knows what it takes to get the job done at the highest levels.  As one of the best motivational videos on YouTube, I learned to also have a greater appreciation for Will Smith at the same time.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had a determination like few others.  This video from ESPN was a real eye opener for me that I am happy to share with you as one of the best motivational videos on YouTube.  Through hard work and risk taking, Arnold made it happen.  There was no other choice for him.

Ok, listen.  Instead of watching your favorite TV shows tonight, watch this instead.  It’s one of my favorite all-time documentaries (Man On Wire being the other one).  Muhammad Ali & George Foreman created one of the most epic boxing matches of all time, the “Rumble in the Jungle.”  This goes way beyond just a boxing match.  By most accounts, Ali was supposed to lose this fight.  George was a dangerous man and Ali was past his prime.  But Ali made it happen, against all the odds.  A true triumph for you to enjoy as one of the best motivational videos on YouTube.
