Well lets just use this example for starters….Lets say you have your site all set up (this is before you even get to any lead generation ideas), all your categories and side widgets are set to go but you have no idea where to start from there. Well let me give you a tid bit about your site, the better your site looks and the smoother it runs the better Google likes it and the better chance you have of getting ranked higher. Just a thought. You’re always going to need new reps to check out your business. The better your site looks, the better your odds are of getting them to join your company and becoming a new lead.

Lead Generation Ideas–Post Its

Out of the many lead generation ideas there is, try using Post It Notes. What do I mean by that? Look at the picture to the right. I had these 3×5 inch stickies made. Whether you get them done professionally or hand written its all up to you. I would suggest something along these lines, “Superstars only–Make 10k-20k a Month–Don’t call unless you are a producer and can prove it!” Now does it sound crazy? Of course it does. Does it work? Absolutely. I’ve gotten at least 5-10 extra leads a day just leaving those post it notes all over from gas stations to bathrooms to benches to car windows. By all means keep it in accordance and be a law abiding citizen. Let’s not get too crazy!

Lead Generation Ideas–Realtor Signs

Ok let me throw you another one of those lead generation ideas out there. Realtor Signs. Yes I said it Realtor Signs. Why would you call the realtors on the signs you say? Well mainly these are people that work for commission and are always advertising. The real estate field is still hurting and some could use the extra income of being exposed more online. Just ask, “Would you be open to an income that has nothing to do with real estate yet help your real estate business all at the same time?” Try and get about 5-20 different signs at a time if at all possible to call.

Lead Generation Ideas–The Ole Copy-n-Paste

I’ll give you one more of those “lead generation ideas” that’s incredibly simple but can hurt you in the long run if you don’t do it right. You ready? Here it goes….Copy and Paste. I know it sounds wrong but why not copy and paste what the great leaders have done to get success and use it. Now of course you need to make it unique to you or your product because you don’t want duplicate content of someone else on your material and all over the internet. This can easily land you 5+ leads a day by doing something so simple. Go ahead and watch a webinar and take some tid bits to use for yourself and go nuts with it!
