The network marketing leadership mentality is simple.  It is having the confidence and belief that if you truly focus your mind on something you will have success, and you KNOW that you can help other people do the exact same thing.

Leadership in network marketing is absolutely crucial.  We are in an industry that revolves around people becoming leaders, building organizations, and creating more leaders.  If you are not a network marketing leader yourself, you will have a very difficult time trying to get thousands of people to follow you in your business.

When you ARE a network marketing leader, thousands of people will see that and follow you at will.  Leaders are the ones who make all the big money in network marketing AND YOU DON’T have to be just one kind of leader.

There are all sorts of leaders, with many different styles.  Some outspoken, some not so loud and in the limelight.  But the defining characteristic of a leader comes down to HOW MUCH they help EMPOWER the people who are in their organization.

How much do they HELP their people believe in themselves, build their confidence, and execute the tasks that create us money in this industry efficiently.
