Please do not get scared by that term because it is nothing complicated; however if you understand that concept and also the concept of ATTRACTION MARKETING, then you would have unlocked the mysterious key of lead generation and mlm sponsoring… it is possible and you can do it.
What To Do With Your Leads?
Ok, now that you have generated some leads using the powerful Magnetic Sponsoring system… Now what? What do you do to sponsor people to your home based business or Network Marketing opportunity.
Well, some may think that you need to just call those leads and pitch their opportunity, but this is just not the case. The leads you will generate through this system are part of the second choice. They already know about the industry, they know how it works, and they may have gotten some results in the past. These are the people that make the best prospects, but if you call them and pitch them, you lost them.
Network marketing is all about relationships, and that is why it is important to call them and introduce yourself to see how you have HELP them, not pitch them.
To help solve Network Marketers problem of lead generation, inadequate cash flow you need to educate yourself about some marketing strategies and become absolutely good at it. To be a leader in this industry is all about having a slight edge above the average marketer you come in contact with.

Sometimes people need help in their current business… by you pitching them on your business, you are simply compounding their problem and not helping.
You need to approach them with the genuine intention to help solve their current crisis and if you do a good job, they now see you as their leader and may leave their current business and join you.
This process is a little longer, but you will ONLY sponsor people who are quality. The old saying goes “Quality over Quantity”.
If you do this before you know it, you are going to have people calling you, asking questions, and wanting to know about what company you are with.
Since the prospects you are going to sponsor already know about the industry, when you sponsor them, they will be off and running with less assistance from you than just your average Joe that you sponsor.
The point we are trying to make here is, “Give without want, and in turn you will get!” Help them and you will earn more commissions and also sponsor more quality reps.
