Instant Online Exposure: Small town Chiropractor Gets 22,000 page ‘likes’ in less than 22hrs

Want more Online Exposure? Think Outside of the Box…

Sometimes getting more online exposure is not as hard as you think.

Getting more online exposure is all about directing traffic, encouraging traffic, or just flat standing in front of traffic and literally commanding them to come to your site.

But how do you do that? Is it really possible to command people to visit your site?

Get Online Exposure buy Jumping in Front of Traffic

Think about this. Traffic is flowing all around you. The internet is not called a ‘web’ for no reason. There are literally infinite paths that people can take to get to their destination.   And just like a regular street, people pass by businesses constantly on their way to work, the grocery, friends houses, entertainment venues, etc, etc.

If you were a business along their daily path, all you would need to do is get a large enough sign up, and they would see you, right?

Online it’s basically the same thing, people are visiting their regular hangouts everyday. And everywhere they go, there are literally thousands of possible things they can see along the path.

Let’s take facebook for instance. On facebook people visit friends pages, fan pages,  game pages, group pages, etc. While they are going from place to place they see millions of different interesting things. One of the biggest reasons people are so addicted to facebook is because you NEVER run out of stuff to see.

People like interesting stuff. They like pictures, videos, sayings, conversations, and education. The list is endless.

Attention Grabbers Create more Online Exposure

In order to get more online exposure, realistically all you have to do is come up with an attention grabber of some kind, share it with a few folks, and if it’s interesting, people will  naturally do the same. Before you know it a few thousand people will have seen your stuff.

Here is a perfect example….

A small town business called Goodlettsville Chiroproactor located in Tennessee, wanted to get more online exposure, but didn’t want to spend a bunch of money.

So they bought a lottery ticket.

 

Posted a picture of it on their facebook page…

And said that they would share the jackpot with ANYONE that shares the photo and posts a special message on their fan page.

 

 

The result? In less that 24 hours they had 32,224 shares, 23,382  likes, and 31,028 comments on that status update and more than 22,200 likes on their page.

Do you think that means more online exposure? You betcha! For everyone one of those people who like, comment, or share there are hundreds of other people who are exposed to that message. Can you imagine what kind of traffic that means?

This Chiropractic clinic literally commanded the traffic to go there wouldn’t you agree? If they haven’t had the lotto drawing by the time you read this post YOU will probably go there won’t you?

So how do you get more online exposure? Get creative. Think outside of the box. And just get in front of the traffic and they can’t help but see you!
