MLM Compensation Plans – Can You Draw a Circle?

Are you considering getting into the Multi Level Network Marketing business?

Many are because it’s a great opportunity to have your house based business and make plenty of money.

But consumer beware : not all MLM compensation plans are designed the same. Here are a couple of things to consider.

Let’s assume you have just done some homework about the company you have in mind, and they look solid. You poked around on the web and found both good and bad information regarding the company.

It appeared that all the complaints came from disgruntled distributors, but hey, the man in the fancy auto said that’s due to the fact they didn’t work conscientiously enough to build their team.

You have got to work at any type of job to be a success don’t you? That won’t be a difficulty, you know tons of folks.

But did you ever get a straight answer about the compensation plan the company was offering?

Did you even ask?

If you probably did, are you still scratching your head and thinking you need to be foolish not to be able to understand what he was talking about?

Here’s the deal. A lot of MLM plans are truly not tough to understand if you take the time to figure it all out on paper.

This is one of many things you ought to be putting down on paper which also include and plan of action and some private goals.

Don’t get all hot and bothered about what these compensation plans are called. The difference between an Australian One Up structure plan and a matrix or a binary plan isn’t really that significant. It isn’t what matters. The question is, are other folks in this business making the kind of money that you want to make yourself? If they are , then glaringly the compensation plan is working for them so you have the perfect opportunity to get in and build your very own business.

One thing to have a look at is what the company pays and if there’s a sign up bonus.

Say as an example it costs $200 to join will you get a sign up bonus of perhaps $20? It’s good, it’s a bonus but there perhaps other corporations that offer a $50 bonus on the $200 sign up.

At some point everyone on your team is going to run right out of people they know and they’ll have to become involved in selling. Selling costs money.

So think about the bonus as rainy day cash that can be put away to start your promotion or promoting budget which will add to your pre-eminence in the future.

But if you don’t make any money signing people up, how will you afford to market and plug your business?

So commissions earned for staying in private production could make or break your business.

One other thing to consider when comparing mlm compensation plans is what happens when you sponsor a hard hitter – a person who get in, gets busy and builds a very huge business fast.

Are you likely to get paid reasonably for their efforts or, as in numerous binary programs, will you need to get a second big hitter to balance the effort to get paid.

Bottom line: Select two or three companies you are considering and compare their mlm compensation plans side by side as if you’re truly building a business. Pencil out the number and determine which best matches the revenue levels you wish to achieve.

As stated you need leads, leads, leads.  This is the life blood of your business. Click here to see an awesome lead generating system, to keep those leads coming in.

All the best,
