In this post I’ll give you an in depth research on Wazzub Scam Statements of what people are saying about it on the net and responded them for you accordingly. My responses are based on what the company itself has stated and some investigation of myself. *At the end of this post you’ll find a video review I made on WazzUb and some other important info you really don’t wanna miss out*

There are some articles out there on the Internet that allege some “Facts” about the project and/or the company and then draw conclusions, most of them are not based on in depth research. You know how people can be, sometimes people just wanna destruct and not accept the fact that there’s still some good in the world, they don’t believe something, blinded by negativity, and want to drag the majority with them, due to their fear of loneliness. This is a basic and primitive psychological reaction.

I’ll give you some general answers as follows divided in the most expanded scam statements which are being held by some wussies around there. It’s free, thus I don’t know what point there is in doubting. Let’s go to the points:

Wazzub Scam Statement #1: Wazzub is a fake company.

WAZZUB is a real company registered under the laws of Oregon, USA and running its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We are an early-stage startup company that is still before launch of their main website. That means, we are still in development and many things will change during pre-launch.

Wazzub Scam Statement #2: It has no “Headquarters” or a real office.

Their Las Vegas office is a real office. They are using the services from Regus, that means, they have their own office space but they share receptionist area, conference rooms, kitchen and other services with other companies.

They are an early-stage startup and until they earn “real” money after launch they are on a budget. There is no need to invest into a fully owned office right now.

Wazzub Scam Statement #3: There are a lot of companies registered at the same address, this is scam!!!

For tax reasons most U.S. based companies have their companies registered in a different state than their HQ is located. There are special companies offering services as a registered agent but they are not involved in the actual business of the company. The name of their registered Agent is Cathy Halverson and she is the registered agent for several hundred companies. That does not mean that their company is related to any other company that is registered at this address and for sure it is no sign that they try to hide something or that they are a scam.

By the way, the most famous “registered office” address is used by more than 200,000 businesses. This address has its own page at Wikipedia. Check it out: 1209 Orange Street.

For example, Coca Cola is registered there, as well as General Motors, Google and Verizon. Nobody would conclude that they are hiding something or that they try to scam people. It is their goal to make WAZZUB one of the big brands on the Internet and, following the advice of their CPA and attorneys, they set up their company structure as it should be, right from the beginning.

Wazzub Scam Statement #4: The data on the Whois database for wazzub.com and wazzub.info changed twice within a few months.

When they found the perfect name for their project – WAZZUB – back in June 2011, the company was not yet founded; therefore one of their main investors registered the domains under his company name. After their company, GIT Global Investments Inc., was registered, they changed the Whois data including the address of their registered office. Now they opened their HQ and so they changed the Whois data to their operational address.

Wazzub Scam Statement #5: Wazzub has no company owner.

WAZZUB is owned by several investors. Right now they are building the team of directors and managers that will run their project after launch. There will be a page with all the important members of their team after the team is completed. Their Marketing Director Gee DaCosta is not one of the initiators; he is the team member that is most important now – during pre-launch.

Wazzub Scam Statement #6: Wazzub claims not to be MLM but Gee is a top MLM and Network Marketer.

WAZZUB is not a network marketing company and it is not MLM. But they needed the skills of an experienced online marketer and Gee was the perfect match. They say that WAZZUB will change the life of many, many others who are still on the search for the perfect internet opportunity as Gee was.

Wazzub Scam Statement #7: Wazzub invested more than $2 million, but the pre-launch website and members’ area is too “simple”.

The money has been invested into the main project, not into the pre-launch pages. They are totally overwhelmed by the hundreds of thousands of members signing up. Unfortunately, this huge traffic caused some “challenges” like a lack of server capacity and more than 350,000 verification and password emails needed to be sent out. Most of their bugs and glitches are caused by the huge number of members that like their project.

If they would have a pre-launch website with a lot of flash and video content it would slow down their servers dramatically. That is why they just kept it simple.

They allege that their state-of-the-art home page that will be launched on April 9 is a totally different story. Secured by several pending patents, it will be a totally new way to surf the Internet

Wazzub Scam Statement #8: WAZZUB is just another useless search engine.

Oh, WAZZUB is so much more than a search engine. Imagine this: you start your Internet browser and find yourself on the perfect home page. There is a powerful search engine, the latest news exactly on those topics you are interested in,messages from your friends and family, the best deals on the Internet and useful links to your favorite websites. Imagine receiving valuable gifts and bonuses, just for using this powerful tool as your personal home page. That is Wazzub.

Wazzub Scam Statement #9: They promise to pay 50% of its profits, but where does the money come from?

They will monetize their website exactly the same way as companies like Google, Facebook, AOL and Yahoo do – by displaying ads and special offers. The big difference is that they share profits with their pre-launch members. 50% of all profits will be paid to the pre-launch members just by joining for free and setting up Wazzub page as your home page. Wazzub Scam Statement #10: There is a huge risk when joining WAZZUB.

They claim to keep your data safe and never share it with third parties, to me this is enough and if they do which is very doubtful, what is the worst that could happen, Spam?! O_O That’s not a reason for me not to try. You never have to pay them a single $ to get your share of their profits. Your only risk is investing time to invite other members. If nobody likes their final page we would earn no money and there would be no profits to share…BUT…

GUESS WHAT? – I know for sure that this won’t happen! These Wazzub Scam Statements are based on no rigid arguments and  to me it seems pretty legit, plus the insane amount of traffic that it’s already getting can only promise something very BIG.
