Basically there are only 2 things you need to really master. Getting paid online on a regular basis and building a residual income is as simple as this two steps:

To get a huge number of people interested into your opportunity, all you have to do is attract them to the presentation of your business. This means, attract them to a capture page which leads to a sales page and which eventually leads to money into your pocket and team member to your list.

But how do you put MLM Recruiting into practice?

To build a list can be done by a lot of  different ways, but one of the easiest to apply and learn, and which also is practically the most efficient and low cost is to get your written content to rank, from where you get the traffic and then lead them into your marketing funnel where…you convert into leads…and these convert into…you know it right?

Attract your potential target through article marketing which gets you free MLM leads (learn how here) and then right from there into the high converting mlm recruiting funnel (you might wanna choose a business model which presents this qualities already set up for you as Empower Network does)

Create your own promotional videos and tutorials. This positions yourself as the leader which can guide the people to success…it is very simple. People really see him, who takes action a bit as a leader (because being real the majority of the people are lazy wussies). Therefore, do what no one does, stand out of the masses and the masses will follow. Moreover, give your team your resources and provide them the value they need and they will follow you forever. Serve the masses and you will be with the classes.

Personally follow up with your leads on the telephone.  You can’t rely on ‘automated sign ups’, whilst these can happen, it probably won’t happen very often.  I am sick of hearing of all these so called ‘gurus’ talking about making thousands of dollars on autopilot and never lifting a finger, sorry but it’s a bunch of bull crap.  MLM recruiting requires you personally connecting and following up with your prospects, a signup will most likely happen AFTER they’ve seen the presentation and you call them to close the sale.

Then when you have a lead…follow up personally with them. Make them feel important. Give them your attention and recruit them. This is all what MLM recruiting is, it requires you to step up out of your comfort zone first and eventually enjoy your life. There is not more to it. I really think that if you want something really bad you will face struggle and obstacles…I see it as learning opportunities and as a test to see if you really have all it takes to succeed…Remember that all aeroplanes take off against the wind and you will have to face this too, but only those who resist and more importantly persist will be those who master MLM recruiting.

What else do you need for real success? 

I mentioned it superficially earlier but it is worth repeating. Duplication and modeling for success. You don’t have to do it all by yourself when everything has already been done once. Just duplicate the systems and tools your sponsor uses and you will experience success sooner or later. (quote: “That some people succeed doesn’t mean that they did because they are better, but it means that if they did, it is possible, and you can too”). Model your sponsor and your team will model you and so on…this is what makes a team grow astronomically and guess what? Everyone profits and you do profit hell of a lot.
