The internet is becoming so powerful these days, that there are just dozens upon dozens of ‘online MLM secrets’.

Everyone’s turning to the internet even the old school, belly to belly guys are realizing, ‘holy smokes’ this internet thing is powerful.

Here’s the thing, we are still in the infancy stages of the internet. My guess is in about 5-10 years EVERYONE will be marketing online (for their network marketing direct sales company). Ignoring the internet would be like trying to pretend the telephone doesn’t exist and trying to do your business without it.

But your opportunity is now. If you jump on the internet, start making content, get your brand out there and start building a presence and a following, you can be way ahead of the curve. What I think is going to happen is all of a sudden in 5 years, everyone is going to “figure out” the basics of building their business on the internet and there is going to be a lot more competition.

Right now, there is really not much competition online. There are a few big industry players like Jonathan Budd, Mike Dillard, David Wood, Daegan Smith (the $100,000/ month earners) and then there are a few hundred maybe a thousand very prominent smaller players in the field.

Your chance to shine online is now because in 5 years when this whole online ‘thing’ gets figured out by everyone and it gets a lot easier, what is going to happen is the big industry players with money are going to dominate the online space. The players that are able to afford $50,000/ month in advertising are going to push the little guys out BUT that time has not come.

You have the opportunity right now to jump on the internet, start marketing your business and have a permanent authority presence online.

Here are a few online MLM secrets:

Online MLM Secrets #1 – Market with value.

The easiest way to really separate yourself from all of the masses of internet marketers out there is to ask yourself, “How can I deliver more value to my readers/ my viewers, how can I really help the people that are reading/ watching my content.”

If you are able to actually provide really high value and help, believe it or not, people will literally just call you up and work with you. It happens every day!

So you ask yourself, “I am new, how do I market with value?!)

That’s a really great question. Here’s the really, we are all new. When I came online in January of 2011, I knew nothing. Just like you!

But here is a little trick I followed to turn myself from a “newbie, amateur” to an authority figure on the web. I followed a principle called, learn -> do -> teach, that I still follow to this day.

Here is how it works. When you learn something new, whether it’s about internet marketing, network marketing, life, success, attitude, health, well being, whatever it is, first apply what you have just learned.

This is the first of my online MLM secrets but this principle can also be used off-line.

Once you have “done” what you have just learned, instantly teach it. Instantly.

For instance, if you have just watched a LeadSystemPro webinar that teaches you how to get your blog posts high on Google and you do the technique for a few days and get results, immediately start teaching it.

This is truly one of the best online MLM secrets. The faster you can learn something and start teaching it, the faster you are going to become a ‘guru’ and an authortity, the faster people are going to start trusting and liking you online and the faster people are going to opt-in to what you have, call you, sign up with you. Online MLM Secrets #2 – Get A Marketing System

Here’s the second of my online MLM secrets… You need a marketing system. It is way to hard to do business online without one. You need a blog or a system that you can direct prospects to (virtually online by driving traffic etc.) and your marketing system needs to capture the lead and sell them on something.

You could design your own lead captures and product line but that is really hard when you are just starting off. You need a system. I still use this same system to this day. Why bother with anything else if it’s pulling in $300-$500/day?

Online MLM Secrets #3 –Drive Traffic To Your Marketing System

Now that you have your marketing system in place, you have a blog, the blog has lead capture pages on it, sales videos, products for you to sell. You need to start making content on the internet and pointing all of that content to your marketing system, your sales funnel.

For example, if the Empower Network is your marketing system, drive and point all of your content to it, so you can generate leads and get sales.

So, if you make a YouTube, point it back to your Empower Network sales funnel.

If you make a blog post, point it back to Empower Network.

If you make a banner ad, point it back to Empower Network.

If you make a Facebook page point it back to Empower Network.

I think you see the point. Online MLM secrets are easy. Have some different ways to get traffic online but point it all towards that one sales funnel to maximize your leads and profits.

Online MLM Secrets #4 – Have An Open Mind And Keep A Positive Attitude

Sure, sometimes things are a little tricky but who cares! Keep a positive attitude and enjoy your business.

Sometimes the best rewords happen when you ‘figure something out’.

You were wondering, how do I get traffic to my website and then 3 weeks later you are getting 50 visitors a day. Say YESSSSS! And celebrate. It’s online marketing! Have fun with it, it doesn’t have to be that serious.

(Yes sometimes I jump up and down and run around my house when I get $500 commissions)
