I have been looking at some newer MLM companies that have been sprouting up all over country and this review is about a relatively new company called Nuvia3.

I am writing a review of this company to give you an outside opinion on a company because so many people’s gut reaction to MLM is negative so. let’s dive into the good stuff and see if Nuvia3 is a company you should look deeper into.

The Nuvia3 website is a 2.8/4 and fairly well put together. There are a ton of videos and PDFs that you can read at a later time which is good because these days you can almost judge a company off the quality of its website.

Nuvia3 was founded by Michael and Steffin Rangel. Michael has been successful as an entrepreneur and a business owner.  He owns the largest sports training facility in the US which trains many Olympic athletes.  My initial thought is that just because you own big sports complex, what makes you think you can start a MLM company?  I looked a little further at this business and he not only provides a space for training but has developed a lot of the training and sports nutrition that is used there. He has a franchise of  42 “PlyoCity Youth centers”, which are very successful. Mike is ultimately driven by one passion – to create positive and life-changing results through a company that truly looks out for and benefits its independent distributors. So he knows the sports nutrition side and the business side which is good.

What are Nuvia3 products?

Everyone loves to hear about the products of a company so let’s do it.  The primary products are natural energy and weight lose supplements with skin care thrown in there also. Standard product categories really for a mlm.  That is not bad though, each one of those product industries is in the billions so there is a huge audience.  The flagship product is called ShotWave burst, which is a daily multi-vitamin, antioxidant, super foods, supplement burst in liquid form. This is taken in a shot glass once a day. Easy and good for you.

There are four versions of ShotWave, including:

• Burst,
• Daily
• Kick
• Slim

The skin care product line is called Eternalist, and it is made with “nanotechnology” From the information on the site the technology is pretty sweet. There is an entire line of complementing skin cream products from cleansers, eye treatment, day and night cream. These products have been featured on Oprah Winfrey’s Show, so you know they must be pretty incredible.

Nuvia3 Compensation plan

The compensation plan is what most people skim to and for good reason.  How do I get paid? You ask it in a job interview and you should ask it when joining a company.  Some people will join a company as a customer just to get some great products and that is great. When people join my business I like them to have the business that they want, which usually means more than just being product users. There is a minimum auto ship of $65 with an annual cost of $30. Most products cost around the $130 range so that is what I would recommend you plan on. Don’t limit your earnings by not buying enough product. The Nuvia3 compensation plan revolves around the “Power of 3” – you get three people to sign up and you and your product is free and so on. There are also :

Associates earn 33% commission on all retail sales they generate, as well as sales count towards your monthly sales volume. If you get enough people ordering product you can either get your product free or pocket the money.  The requirements of becoming and executive are very obtainable with your own auto ship and personally referred three people. Going through all the other bonus’s it looks like they are pretty nice profit centers. Overall this is a good compensation plan and I think you can make some money at this.

Nuvia3 Summary

In Summary Nuvia3 is a legit company, solid products and the management is well versed in the business world.  The skin cream line seems like the most valuable asset of the company and with the generous compensation plan you can do well here if you have plenty of leads. Leads are what makes sales so get as many as you can. I recommend you take a closer look into Nuvia3 and see if this is something you want to get into. You need to learn how to get people to look at your website, browse the products, and see that you are the person they want to join.
