Compensation and leadership are always be going to be different with regards to the company. Regardless of what company you choose to join, you have to feel comfortable with the leadership team and upline. You will want and need support from them. If you have questions, you must have people that you are able to contact to help you to build this business. I have been in multi level marketing groups who have had not good leadership or training and I failed miserably. Now, I shouldn’t blame that on my failure, but ultimately, it is my fault I wasn’t successful, but having a great leadership team does help!

When I first heard about the energy companies, I had no desire to join one because I was already in a network marketing business. A gentleman called me and informed me of a specific company.
