Rampage Of Appreciation

I wanted to share a great process with you to use if you are having a bad day or are wanting to feel happy, Rampage Of Appreciation. I learned about rampage of appreciation in the book “Ask And It Is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
You simply look around yourself and look for things that are pleasing. You hold your attention here and then look for something else to appreciate. As you move through your day and make it your dominant intent to look for things to appreciate, you put yourself in a position to attract more to appreciate. Because by the Law of Attraction, through your FEELING of appreciation, you will attract more things that will give you a feeling of appreciation.
The more you find to appreciate on your rampage of appreciation, the better you will feel. When you raise your vibrational frequency to that of appreciation, you have no resistance and when you have no resistance, you can attract to you the things you want in life.
This is a great thing to do as you are driving, thinking about all the things you appreciate. Your day will begin on a great note and you can continue this throughout the day. Learning to live in the moment and appreciate is a great way to live. Have fun with this process, the Rampage Of Appreciation!
