This is the first in Jim Rohn’s 11 part series on Personal Development.
He starts out by saying, “It is not what happens that determines the major part of your future, the key is what you do about it.” He concludes by giving the secret formula to personal development.
Jim made the point, “What you have at the moment, you have attracted by the person you have become, if you will change yourself, everything will change for you.”
He emphasizes the point, “To have more, you have to become more.” ”Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better”
Jim completes this video discussing how one can become more valuable to the market place with the result being they earn more money.
His secret formula is, “Learn to work harder on yourself than your job.”
