Naked Picture of Kate Middleton leaked!
Poor Kate, will the invasion of privacy never end?? She is a victim of press intrusion when she chose to sunbathe topless while on holiday with her husband, Prince William. Kate and Prince William were vacationing as part of a 4-day vacation in a remote French chateau. They believed they were alone and had a reasonable expectation of privacy. They were in the middle of nowhere! Well I guess now they wont be vacationing in France too soon in the near future… She should be able to enjoy the sun and be topless with her husband…

Clever photographer though…who invaded Kate’s privacy by shooting her from a roadside a half-mile away, using a long-lens camera.
However I do think the French magazine that published the topless photos of the duchess should be ashamed of themselves. this will effect Royal visits to their country now..
The good news is…Kate does not seem too fazed…but the royal family are a bit upset..considering they recently had photos of Harry in a naked romp in Vegas but he didn’t call his own royal lawyers?
Although Kate and William are suing they are not doing it for money more about warning off other publications from reprinting the photos.
Personally I don’t know what the fuss is all about ..it is just a bit of naked skin..we all have them…no big deal
