Another update for you.  Lots happening this week in the run up to Christmas.  All pending withdrawals will be paid on the 20th in time for Christmas (as long as you had your withdrawal request in by the 14th!).

1. Restriction of panel transfers – Notice on the Dashboard

If you buy a package, you can only transfer it to the direct referral.  the reason this is there in the first place is for you to help out and aid a person to become an affiliate and to join BB quickly. This enables you to help your affiliates. Also it made it easy for other countries where funding was difficult.

Now you are limited to direct affiliates only.  Free accounts CANNOT transfer anything “out” from that account, but can receive into the account from the sponsor.

2. For a LIMITED TIME only we are allowing withdrawals to Payza, EXCEPT for the USA (have other options), or the UK (not useable at this time), India or Pakistan also.

3. Allied Wallet is our partner for funding accounts.  At first only the USA had to be on the white list before doing business with Allied Wallet.  Which means you need your ID uploaded and approved.  Now Canada, Australia and UK have been added, so now those countries need to first

a.  attempt a transaction, which will be declined, but you will then be in your system.

b.  Call them and ask to be on the whitelist.  they will find you, and make sure your ID is approved.  BB has given a list to Allied Wallet for approved IDs.

c. You will be put on the white list for all further transaction.

This does slow things down a bit, but we have added more “approvers” to our team, a full rotating staff, around the clock approving ID’s. First in line are people who need a BB card, second in line are white list purposes, last on the list is just approval for all other member.

4.  Currently a problem with qualifying panels.  It has to do with our infrastructure.  We are constantly doing improvements to increase our capacity.  The positive side is the site is up and running now at a nice speed.  The downside is there are side effects.  At times some areas are not working smoothly.  The qualifying panels area is not working well with one of our upgrades, so we are working on that now.

Payouts

BB Mastercards – Loads are being done every day for a week.  That will continue next week, every weekday. So if you have more than one request, these may be loaded on different dates.  Estimated date of your Card Load will be listed in your back office — see detail on your withdrawal log. The Pay Load Date is estimated.

14th is the cutoff date for BB Card before Christmas.

Payza – That went out last week, Dec. 8th.  We should be caught up with Payza with all old withdrawals. Please be sure your details are correct, correct username.  cutoff for Christmas Dec. 5th for STP and Dec. 8th for Payza.  We will try to do another one next week – Dec. 20.

STP – Last payday was Dec.6th.  Next payday is Dec. 14 by midnight.  Cuttof for entering your withdrawal was Dec. 5th.

USA Bank Deposits – Dec. 10th to Dec. 20th we will be sending out all withdrawals put in through last week.  New ones will be paid in January. 90% of the list of members is verified. These dates are good for verified members.  New, first time USA to bank may not happen in that timeframe.

India Bank Deposit – We are working with external partners.  We’ve had mixed review.  We are trying again because of the lack of options for India.  Make sure you have updated your information in the Bank area of the back office.  If info is not accurate the transaction will not go through and you won’t get paid. We will do these next week.

Q&A

Will we see the panels updating over the holidays while BB offices are closed?  Yes, your panels will move over the holidays!

Business Accounts – we do allow a business to use the system.  I remind you that we are putting in the business area soon.  Other issues have taken precedence over that.  For now, just put in your business info and FEIN#.  BB Cards cannot be issued to a business. You still must upload personal IDs and all that, as with personal accounts.

Applying for Card – we are trying to improve that process. We have put alot of effort into improving this and making it faster.

BB Debit card withdrawal is marked Paid — this means that it is in process, click on the detail to see the Pay out date to card.

Auto Rollup – happens when you visit page.  Panels over 10 days old will rollup on each visit to the page.

Upgrading, is there an issue? We will look at that to make sure there is no problem.

Transfering panels – you can only transfer to your referral, the referral cannot transfer to you.  Only DOWN, not UP. Package or panel can be transferred down again and again, but not back up.

If your account is locked, call support to get this taken care of.

Payza – Payza now does not allow transfer to bank account for Spain, so Spain members may want to think about that.

Banners Broker World Tour for India Gala – stay tuned, we will put up a website for dates/times.  Second weekend of February, Feb. 8, 9 and 10. In Calcutta (or Kolcutta) (sp). This should be a blast.

Traffic cannot be transferred, only panels or packages.

Holidays — Dec. 21st – January 2, support will be closed. Office will be closed.  Site and panel movement will be going on as usual.
