RevAbs – Total Strength Day 1

Well after doing Insanity and a couple of P90X workouts I think I am running out of fuel and so I decided to try something a little less Extreme. Just so happens (of course) that I was watching TV and there it was, the commercial for RebAbs, ooohh sexy abs, lose weight, bikini body… lol, anyway, I figured I would give it a shot.
The tempo is completely different form either P90X and Insanity, though it tries to combine both in one. The intensity is completely different too, lower, but the workout is highly enjoyable and the truth is that by the end I was drenched… without feeling exhausted.
Here is why I decided to give this a try. You see, when I was doing either Insanity or P90X I felt like a million dollars for the next hour or so, after that I needed an emergency nap. Also, the whole day I felt like I could eat a dinosaur.
Although this is only the first day of RevAbs, the Total Strength workout was, again, thoroughly enjoyable and I don’t dread it because it doesn’t take for me sell my soul to get through it.
I will be posting pics and stats and I can hopefully finish this workout program within the next 3 months and I can show off my rev abs… right? We will see. Time has always been the best judge.
