Network Marketing Is a Business of Building People UP, So You Build Yourself Up Too.
The first fundamental way to building people up with business is : BE a great leader to communicate on a regular basis with Your team.
Your Team is what you build with your business, and your team is your People. You build your people UP .
SO to communicate efficiently , you MUST check that your messages are being received and utilized as intended.
If you are just focusing on the overall result, you may be missing an opportunity to improve even further.
Here is a video to communicate to you the 10 questions that you want to ask to people on your team , if you want to further improve your skills a leader, a Team builder:
And I write them down again for you, so you can copy n paste that on a notepad and keep it in your file for your business communication.I have a “building people up” file on my desktop.
Questions:
1. How can I improve my communication with you personally and by doing so, how will that impact you?
For example, you can offer more e-mails communications, or dedicated skype room to a topic for your team only, etc….
2. What did I personally do for you in the last month to help you achieve success?
That is to check and improve the way you build people up in your and their business
3. What would you like to see me do more of and why?
That is to build yourself up more. I suggest you take a parachute if your goal is high.
4. What should I stop doing and why?
Same as previous. Access your people’s needs.
5 . What can I do differently to improve your results on a daily basis?
Get ideas from everyone, team work is powerful. Ask your people what they want and need, and what are their ides, encourage them to be them self, and to do it their way. not your way only.
6. Name 2 specific areas I can help you improve in how that will impact your business?
7. Do you feel I am realistic in my expectations? Why or why not?
That means you provided to your team the goals and plans you have , and have them get their goals and plans too. Was I speaking about building people up?
8. How do you feel I can improve the way we are building people up and the overall performance of our team?
9. If you were in my shoes, what would you be doing that I am not doing and why?
FYI: my usual shoes are going barefoot on the beach, on my surf, and in the grass. Otherwise I wear slippers and sandals.
