Hi! I’m Manuel Viloria, your friendly Online Marketing Coach, and I’m going to reveal to you the secret of gaining higher online visibility for your blog in record time.

First, let’s talk about the Hard Way.

This involves making blog post after blog post, over several years, and then you wake up one day with an online reputation of helping others. When that day comes, each new blog post you publish online gets noticed, and people flock to your website.

It’s hard, because it took quite some time to reach that point.

Now, let’s talk about the Smart Way.

Let’s say you have a fairly new blog, and you need visitors. As in, yesterday. Well, to help get the word out, you need to partner with bloggers or site owners who have already invested the time and built blog networks over the past few years.

There are several ways you can do this:

• Leave sensible comments in their blog, that their audiences will appreciate.
• Interact with them during offline events.
• Blog about them.
• Join their blogging group.

Do You Know What Comes Before Traffic?

You need to have Content.

That’s a fancy way of saying you need blog posts. Articles published online.

Ideally, the things you publish should be useful, informative, or entertaining.

Here’s something worth aiming for:
Write 5 relevant articles (around 500 words per article).

Think of the people you want to help or serve online, and write things that those people will appreciate. Imagine, there you are, giving them something useful or fun… for FREE.

Then, write 5 shorter blog posts (around 200 to 300 words per article), where you once again share information, but it didn’t take as much effort as your “First Five Relevant Articles.”

The Result: You’ll have a blog with 5 Pages, and 5 Posts.

This way, when you comment in the blogs of high-traffic blogs, or when you interact with more experienced bloggers, they will visit your blog and will like what they see.

In some cases, even if you don’t ask them to, they will feature you or even link to your blog.

And that’s when your site starts getting higher online visibility, plus a boost in the number of people visiting your blog.

Let’s take, for example, Ashley Rivera or Petra Mahalimuyak.

She published content online. People loved it. Word got around, videos got shared in Facebook, and now she’s getting featured in various online blogs.

When you watch the dance tutorial video above, you’ll notice that while Ashley is not as uber-great as some professional dancers, or even if some folks will snort at her lack of “swag”, or no matter if some folks snub her for her “weird-looking” dougie…

Ashley does not give a you-know-what. She dances, she shares, she publishes online.

And she gets a LOT of traffic.
