Internet Entrepreneurs Have Teams, Pursuits, and a Board of Directors

Board-table
Although you may work at home, by yourself, Internet Entrepreneurs can’t do it all on their own. Progressing your business requires teams of individuals, and not just your subscribers.

Yes, you require a downline to evolve, but you also need help from others. As your company explodes, you will need to outsource so you have precious time for more marketing activities, And, you will need a leadership community to help you continue on your personal development journey.

Internet Entrepreneurs Outsource For Improvements

To really ramp up your business, you need a team of people – a team of support people to help you with your business. Find individuals you can assign to whether it’s an administrative person, or someone who can make phone calls for you, or even another person who can write your blog for you.

There are tons of resources online (like ODesk.com for example), or try your local university for cheap contractors. Or ask other internet entrepreneurs who they are using.

Internet Entrepreneurs Have Big Ambitions

You got into this venture because you want to have a different lifestyle. You don’t want to be tied to a job. You want better things for yourself and your family. But it goes beyond that.

Who do you hope to be when you grow up? The age old quandary.

Make certain that your ambitions are big enough to fit the ambitions of someone else coming up behind you. If theirs is bigger, and they become a leader, then they’re going to soar passed you.

So take into consideration how big your goals are, and maybe they need to be bigger.

Your Private Leadership Community

You have a respectable business. You need your own private board of directors.

These are not people who work in your enterprise, but they may have a stake in you. These are guys you know that you can go to, or people you don’t know that you would ponder how they would tutor you, or how they would handle a situation.

Donald Trump or Tony Robbins come to mind. I don’t know them personally. No, really, I’ve never met them. But, from their teachings and work ethic, I highly value them. I have them in my board of directors.

There are also people I do know in my Leadership community. My mentor, my accountability buddy, my husband, my upline. All people I know and highly value. I can either ask them what they think, or just consider how they might instruct me or handle the situation themselves.

It’s really about growing and being accountable to yourself and your ambitions.

Internet Entrepreneurs Are Leaders Too

By developing your groups, your ambitions, and your BOD, you will show up in your business as a leader. People follow leaders. Your downline will love you, and new customers will want to join your team.

Don’t let your ego take control and tell you that you can go it alone. Punch that ego off your shoulder. There is more impact in shared aims, than by doing some thing by yourself.
