Fail Your Way To Success!
by Barbie Zabel | on December 15, 2011
Motivational Coach and Speaker Brian Tracy once said, “The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is that successful people fail many more times than unsuccessful people.“
I’ve been a budding internet marketer for the last 6 years or so, and my experience with others is always the same in regards to this topic…
It never has and never will matter what I promote – when others follow me into marketing programs and systems, they immediately start dividing themselves into three groups -
1. The Dreamers.
Those that buy into a program, then only login once (or even not at all)… and quietly disappear without even trying…
…Only to hop to another program or system to repeat the process.
2. The Sprinters.
Those who can only sustain a “learn and apply” half effort for 3 weeks, then give up…
…Blaming the program, yet hopping into another program or system to repeat the cycle.
These are the type of people you hear say that have been marketing on the internet for years and never made a dime, but are in hock up to their eyeballs (some even drowning in debt).
3. The Cross Country Marathoners
Those who are in it for the long haul; i.e. are ready and willing to work, learn, fail and improve along the way.
They work consistently and never give up, knowing that what they are doing NOW is planting and watering many fields for successful harvests in all soon to come… They know that their harvest could begin with their very next email, ad submission, article or blog post.
These people are the leaders among us! They don’t demand instant gratification. They know that the JOURNEY itself is as necessary and important to their ultimate success as is their GOAL destination.
1, 2, or 3 … Which one sounds more like you?
Which would you rather emulate?
While it doesn’t seem logical, a failure (or so) just might be the only thing between you and your success breakthrough! ![]()
Happy Trails…
