Above all, remember who you are doing this for – you! However, if you get your friends and family in on the fun, you are far more likely to stick to your routine. If you may be tired, discouraged, or lacking in motivation at times, have a friend join you for a healthy snack. Your friends can help you stay away from temptation and bad choices.
