#3.  Share your new blog post: Pingler, Ping.fm, Google +, Social Monkey, Your Personal Facebook Group, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and last but not least Email to your contact list.

Post Blog or (convert to facebook note) in 10 different Facebook Groups…

#4. Add 5 friends to your Facebook page as well as 5 people to your facebook group. (This is something u do daily when you login to Facebook forming this good habit.)

Part B.  Chat with 5 people… If it takes 20 conversation starters to talk with 5 then so be it!
