How To Use Ping.fm

On one of the trainings we get here at Empower Network I lerned I should syndicate my posts with something called ping.fm. Hu? Big question mark in my face.
Search begins
Youtube is fantastic. You can find anything there. Somebody has made a video about it.
One of the assigments we have to do if we follow the assignments 
is to set up ping.fm
Hope this video will help me. No time to get into it now though. I have to listen to the weekly call before it’s overwritten with this night’s call and prepare for surgery.
Here goes. Can’t wait to get into pinging when I’m back.
