Are there things in the press that are negative. Of course, this is a big company (675 employees in six countries.) Most of the issues were long in the past and almost without exception when you read about Market America in the courts, you read about Market America winning.

Summary

This list would be small book if I want further back. The truth about Market America is that it has grown every quarter since it started in 1992 and the business world sees it as a reputable Direct Selling business.
